Columbia 8.3

I have just moved my 1978 8.3 from Oriental, NC to Hampton, VA. I rebuilt and replaced the A-4 in the summer of 2006. I have tried to take photos when I can to keep a log of the restoration.

I was given the 8.3 from my dad who did not have the time nor extra $ to perform any of the work. I have the time and some $ so who knows. I have definitely come to appreciate the 8.3. She has a lot of convinces that I don't believe were standard for the late 80's for a 27 foot sailboat. An enclosed head with pump toilet and shower, hot water heater, pressure sink with hot and cold water and the A-4. It seemed to be maxed out for a 27 ft. boat. Of course all of it is in need of repair/upgrade.
