Actually, the boat floats in a neat marina just west of Kingston, Ontario, near the 1000 Islands. We've owned her for almost 3 years and slowly refurbishing her as we go, including overhauling things on the engine such as carb, water pump, thermostat, gauges and just about to tackle the non-standard exhaust system. The engine runs well most of the time but challenges us every now and again with problems such as (a) shutdown after running for a couple of minutes (wire from the oil switch to the fuel pump disconnected, (b) refusal to start this spring (dirty, badly adjusted points). Don has already helped me on a couple of occasions, and we're so glad there's people around like Don who we can rely on for guidance and assistance, keep up the good work!
