I resemble that remark...
So do my two shoulder surgeries after several Key West Race Weeks as foredeck on J/29's and Farr 30's.. 
Technically, my surgeon (also a sailor) told me my shoulders were bad anyway..however, the years of foredeck work did not help with their imminent failure. I have managed to get invited back to KWRW since my surgeries on to the Farr 30 again...talk about a big kite!
