valve spring replacement

Howdy folks,
After taking a look at the valve gallery, I discovered a broken valve spring in on the #4 exhaust valve. I was able to retrieved a couple bits of broken spring, but much of it is intact on the valve stem. I was also able to retrieve the two half of the valve keepers.

What I need to know is how to go about removing and replacing the spring. I've looked around, but haven't found any threads on the matter, other than one on replacing the valve springs on the boat. After going through the thread, however, I'm still not clear on the procedure. Is there a MM PDF out there?

By the way, the head is off and at the machinist.

Thanks again, gents.
D
