    Flexible Propellers?

Does anyone have any experience with flexible urethane propellers such at that offered by "Performance Propellers" (see link below).

Apparently these props flex to different pitches depending on the RPM, so that at slow speed you have big pitch, and at high RPM you have less pitch.

    Any input would be appreciated!

We like our plastic prop. It gives good power in forward and decent in reverse. It costs less than a bronze prop, tucks nicely behind the keel when we are sailing and the owner/mfg stood by the product when it broke after we went over a log. (Even though it was two seasons old he replaced it for half price.) As for the ability of the prop to change pitch in response to speed, I take that with a big grain of salt.

I was also interested in that prop. Why would one want to change? Is it all that better than the bronze one that I have?
