I have bought the manual and looked it over but am still unsure at what I am reading. I would like to know of anyone knows of a good mechanic, in the Hampton Roads area.

Maybe if you tell us a bit more what your concern or problem is, or what you're trying to do, we can help you through it. It seems to be getting harder and harder these days to find a mechanic willing to work on these old gas engines - they like to convince you to repower to a modern diesel, which I think can be a big and costly unnecessary expenditure.
