    Vintage item of interest

How long has it been since you have seen a glass bowl on the fuel pump?

This is from deep in the bin of spares I recently acquired. We'll see if the rest of the pump is usable before investing in a new metal bowl. Doesn't look too bad from the outside.

    Great!!!!

Mike, keep the glass. It's very strong won't bend and cause sealing problems and like seeing pressure with a pressure gage you can see water if present a big plus. If I was not in the process of selling Volador I would attempt to purchase it from you.

        I suspect that's off a tractor - I sure wouldn't put it on a boat.
As for use as a scotch glass, you wouldn't be able to set it down until it was empty - no problem (grin).

Al, you might be right about the bowl but the pump is definitely off the atomic 4. The A-4 is a 1965 and the pump may be off an earlier model.

By the way, is it even an option to put down a glass that isn't empty?? I wouldn't know from experience
