FWC Heat Exchanger Sketch

Here's a sketch of the heat exchanger of our FWC system, which mounts externally from the engine, on any convenient bulkhead.

The only other dimensional consideration involves the belt and pulleys which drive the sea water pump. The drive pulley mounts on the flywheel and extends to a maximum of 2” in front of the flywheel cover. The belt itself extends vertically to the pulley on the sea water pump. The sea water pump mounts over the upper bolt of the starter, and (except for the pulley) doesn’t extend beyond the normal dimensions of the engine.
