Remove fuel tank on Pearson 30

Does anyone have any instructions on how to replace a fuel tank on a 73 Pearson 30?

Is the tank leaking or holed?
I'm planning on draining our old Monel tank to get the gunk and crap out of it that E10 fuel has helped to put in there over the years we have stored over winter full of fuel.
As for removing a fuel tank from a 30' Pearson I can't really help you as my boat is a Tartan 27'.
