I purchased a 1969 Cal 2-30 with a late model Atomic 4. I was in the process of going electric but after reading a lot about the Atomic 4 and the support forum at Moyer's site I decided to keep it. But first thing firs I need to replace oil but this engine hasn't been fired in 4 years. I know the water pump and starter needs attention. My question is how do I remove the oil completely without starting the engine?
