Water & exhaust leak
I've suspected a bit of an exhaust leak on the hot side (section before entering water lift muffler) for the last few weeks. Over the weekend it went from a small exhaust leak to water flowing out above the water entry fitting. I'm pulling the hot side off tonight to rebuild.
Now I'm also curious if there could be more issues further downstream causing the water flow out of this section. 30 second or so after startup I still get what looks like pretty good flow from the stern exhaust outlet. |

Hot sections rust out on a regular basis and I suspect that is your problem. Fix that and check your exhaust hoses downstream visibly at least while your there.
