This engine was seized and I tried most (not ATF) tricks to free it but none worked.
I have removed the alternator, starter, distributor, water pump, thermostat dome, carburetor/flame arrestor, and fuel pump - all without damage.
The exhaust manifold - still attached to the muffler - is out as are the head bolt nuts.
Also, I removed a few square inches of hide and have the head bolt pattern etched into my chest from lying atop the engine while removing the shaft bolts and aft engine mounts.
The yard lifts out my remaining A-4 (block, head, transmission) on Monday (May 11).
The parts are free only if you also take the heavy piece (block, head, tranny), otherwise best offer. All parts need to be cleaned and thoroughly inspected, possibly rebuilt, before re-installation.
Let me know if you are interested. Must be picked up by mid-week or so from White Rocks Marina, Pasadena, MD.
Also have transmission & throttle control cables and 18 gallon fuel tank.
Everything was removed from an Alberg 30.
