Above and beyond a 'parts place', Don Moyer and 'parts guy' Ken spent literally hours helping me with various engine issues while I bobed about strange harbors last season. Don asking me to hold the phone over the engine to listen so he cold better analyse! Great advice about replacement or upgrade parts comes from Ken. From Sault St Marie to Halifx to Bar Harbor to Queens , I could reach these knowledgable guys and get unhurried, sound advice and rapid delivery of what was needed. Truly the good guys in my book.

Quick survey: It takes me more than one hand to count the number of times Ken helped me with a problem that didn't involve selling me the parts I called him to buy.
This customer focus is singular and extraordinary; I can not think of any other company to compare it to.
Thank You MMI!Jeff

The ability to get on a cell phone and contact Don for real time advice/troubleshooting, being able, thanks to Bill, to post and receive a prompt and knowledgeable reply from forum members and Ken's priority of getting you what you need not just trying to sell you something. You know the next word.

follow up and more appreciation - and a little bragging
this thread started when my trek was interrupted by a nasty/early fall winter of 2014. I was stuck in Queens for weeks. Many issues Moyer helped with as stated above. I put the boat on the hard at Highlands NJ and restarted in the spring of 2015. This followup is to again thank the Moyers team, especially Ken for the help from 2015 to 2016. Crossing from Ft Meyers Bch to the dry tortugas early winter 2015, the crankshaft broke and I limped back to fla. With parts and help from Moyers, I changed out the crank while on a mooring , using a pilot birth as a workbench I got my 67 A4 back on the road in Dec and was in the dry tortugas for Christmas. (the last crank I touched was a honda 175 in the 70s). Ken patiently answered my many questions. All parts worked perfectly and I am writing this from back home in Mich after bringing her up the erie canal and the great lakes. tks guys! you certainly helped in making this a successful trip.
