Replacing engine controls

The metal plate that holds the engine controls for my A4 on my Tartan 34C is rusted through. The whole unit with shift levers for throttle and gear is not attached to the cockpit wall anymore. Cables and levers themselves are ok.
Is there an off-the-shelve replacement for the controls? Otherwise I need to find a machine shop to weld a metal plate onto the control unit. Was thinking it might be easier and longer lasting to get a new lever unit. Are those available?
Thanks.

Expect to pay between $570 - $690 depending on the source for a complete new control.
edit: there's one on eBay for $505

On my 74 T34 there is no iron plate to rust. But I assume you could make a new one fairly easy. I am posting a picture of my disassembled control.

I suggest that you join the Tartan 34 FB group.
