Flo-Jet 60 psi water pump $24.95
While looking for parts for my submersible robotics team, I stumbled across these:
http://www.goldmine-elec-products.co...?number=G18959 $24.95 http://www.goldmine-elec-products.co...?number=G19026 $12.95 I know nothing about the vendor except they have some really wild stuff (anyone looking for a Geiger counter?) at really low prices. Caveat emptor, but I bought one of each.

Ah!
Now I can put a heater in the vee berth! At these prices, these pumps might be good for setting up a system and testing without breaking the bank. And, who knows, they might last a while.

Russ,
Indeed. These are (supposedly) made by Flo-Jet, which is an industry leader in marine water pumpage. Perhaps they "fell off a truck" or the seller "knows a guy" or they are discontinued, I'm not sure... But the 60psi job with the pressure switch goes for about $180 on line and $200 at WM. Just sayin'. Caveat emptor.

I saw all kinds of fun boatable stuff on their web site. Please let us know if it works out.
Sometimes surplus can be a great deal.

Awesome! We did SeaPerch in 2011 and really enjoyed it. Let me know if your team needs a Harbor Freight Underwater Camera (that was the one mod they let use in 2011 that was allowed over the budget). I have one that we didn't use last year on our MATE ROV and it's just sitting in my shop gathering dust. I'd love to see it go to a good home. Let me know if you want to use it!

I have a canvas bucket for washing the deck, standard issue with WW2 Jeeps.
http://www.armysurpluswarehouse.com/...er-bucket.html Works great, collapses flat for easy storage.
