Grinding sound in gear at low rpm

I've had a problem with a grinding sound when i'm in forward gear at low rpm (idle speed) Once I power up some it goes away. Its not really a problem because its been doing it for years and its only at idle speed in forward. I have late model with 2 to 1 gear
