What's it for on a boat?

So how might you use this in a sailboat/A4 application? Why the excitement?

It could be snaked quite a way up an exhaust hose looking for the all too common internal collapse. Someone else mentioned a look up inside the mast. How about a look inside a fuel tank? The kit comes with hook, magnet and mirror attachments for the camera end.

My immediate interest is a view inside residential walls as I'm fishing wires.

And let's not forget a view inside the cylinders through the spark plug hole to observe valves and pistons without removing the head.

I used my new wifi borescope for the first time this week with resounding success. In trying to fish a length of MC cable between two 1" holes I hit an unknown obstruction. I slid the stiff camera cable in one of the holes with a slight bend to aim it and in a matter of seconds it showed an old roof that had been built over. With a longer auger I drilled through the old roof and was able to complete the project.

            That's pretty cool Neil.
            New project for me:
I just got Fannie Mae to accept a short-sale offer on an old house that needs EVERYTHING redone. I think I can get this purchase(borescope) past committee now.

I'll just let her(admiral) read your post.
