Your #1 looks a bit sootier than the rest, which is how mine look too. You MIGHT be running a bit rich. But you might be OK with that, as it makes the engine easier to start cold. My engine ALWAYS starts with the choke closed, and keeps running when the choke is opened instantly after starting. Leaner engines are harder to start and need the choke in for a few more seconds, but get slightly better mileage (nautage?).
