Easy fix.

If you are having a problem getting fuel to the carb, here is a quick check;

If the primmer handle moves easy, your fuel pump needs new springs. The fuel pump will not pump fuel if these springs are weak. These two springs (in the bottom part of the pump) move the rod in and out of the engine. That little rod moves the diaphragm which pumps the fuel from the tank to the carb. Those two little springs are going up, and down like crazy as the engine is running.I would change them about every 1000 hours of running. It's a good idea to have an extra fuel pump rebuild kit on hand.(two springs are in the kit.)
