The anti-siphon can't hurt, but probably isn't needed. If the water injection point is above the water line (as it is on the Pearson 30) then an anti-siphon is not needed.

Also, if the coil has failed due to over heating moving it to the bulkhead will not repair it. A heat damaged coil needs to be replaced.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to put a relay switch in the starter circuit that is activated by the blower switch? This way, if the blower is not on, the starter switch does nothing. I'm surprised...

Are those compression numbers in PSI? I'm surprised it would run at all with <40 PSI in each cylinder. As they are all uniformly low, it's probably not a bad head gasket, and must be bad rings...

That's how they did the throttle cable on P30s. Mine was the same way. Tom at Indigo has an addition to his PVC kit just for P30s that moves it to clear the throttle cable. Give him a call.
