Well Laker,
I guess you owe me a cookie. I had to have the manifold welded to fix a few cracks ...Freeze damage? Rebuilt the carb and bypassed the fuel tank (another issue) One shot of engine start...

Engine turning but valves stuck

I hot wired the engine so I can turn it over now but no compression. So some valves are not closing. I will load up on the MMO and see if I can get some compression back with a little patience....
