I switched my in line filter from before pump to after and then to carb.
Also moved electric fuel pump to bulkhead.

Have been having somewhat of the same issues.
My boat came equipped with a electric fuel pump attached to the motor.
Relocated to bulkhead and appears to have solved my problem.

Will check wiring in morning and report back.

I changed oil today, Rotella 15 w 40. Removed...

I changed oil today, Rotella 15 w 40.
Removed needle valve and spring on oil pressure regulator.
Cleaned and re-installed .
Adjusted to 42 PSI at 1800 RPM ,water temp 160.
I assuming all is well...

Yes
When I was loosening the nut I could feel the whole body coming out I believe.
Ability to see clearly is limited due to bulkhead which is very close to engine.

.
Oil pressure read is 35 , adjusted screw in 3 times and probably 10 turns total.
No change in pressure...

Prior to adjustment I could only get 1600 RPM and had problems with fouling plugs.
Decreased pitch and took out for a motor....

Have done 3 that way and it is easy both out and back in.
Of course there is no charge for using our mast cranes.
