Distributor Timing

I have never been able to time my A-4 by turning the distributor. It is so close to that turning belt on the alternator I am quite frankly nervous....especially when you are supposed to do it...

Probably the best and "most inexpensive" tune-up you can do for your A-4 is to replace the plugs every year....I usually do it twice a season. Having them come out easily every time is just a bonus!

Not really wise to use a gasoline/ethanol mix....will rot your rubber gas lines over time and cause more trouble! Usually marinas sell the good stuff only....worth checking!:)
