Found The Water

So I pulled the carburetor yesterday and low and behold the intake was full of water.... So the question is how did it get there? And what do I do at this point? Any ideas?

So after everything we have discussed in this thread I have to say I feel really stupid....As it turns out I have the 3.7 470 not the 3.0 140??? Why I thought it was a 3.0????I don't have an answer...

I have not changed the wires but they look good...
