ordered the first piece of the new exhaust. This should get me out from under the cockpit deck and into the lazarette. From there it's a 6 foot straight shot back to the transom.

if nothing else it provided a riser for the exhaust. I don't know...maybe they had it sitting around the yard in Niagra on the Lake. they were blazing new trails on hull#1.

Forgot to mention, I bypassed the in-line fuel filter prior to the previous tests. I replaced it this spring but wanted to eliminate it a source of fuel starvation.

In neutral @800rpm: vacuum is running about 13inHg (oscillating wildly between 10 and 17inHg)

On snap accel/decel: bogs down to 1inHg and snaps back to 19inHg then settles back at previously...

Although not ideal, I hooked up a pressure gage to the discharge of the Facet pump and energized it…5#. A little high, but it’s not tee’d in with the carb hooked up. I’m gonna call fuel pressure good.

that is my prop...three blade feathering. I'm fairly certain the strobe-tach is working, but regardless, the engine just barely rises off of high idle speed and maxes out there....
