blown fuse
It turns out mine was a blown fuse. In fact it didn't even look blown it look like it just broke. I bought a mister gasket fuel pressure gauge and I ruin the face by getting gas on it. I can't...

Then maybe the previous owner move the whole...
Then maybe the previous owner move the whole engine aft one hole.:D and needed to move the shaft strut to keep the angle correct????
On second thought that engine compartment has hardly any room...

If you Want to lower your engine further you may want to move it back 1 more hole to lower the prop shaft angle.:)
All...JMHO..

Its probly use to be in the forward hole and they moved it aft 1 hole to lower the prop shaft angle, for the FWC.

In reference to what you said about the previous owner perhaps he took that off to adjust the angle of the prop shaft. It looks like it is adjustable if you move the prop shaft strut forward or...

What you have is probably what is underneath all the other Glassed In ones. Your original probly had cracked or fell off at some point. What you have left is there repair of what was already there...

When I seen his picture that was the first thing I thought that it was misaligned. Hopefully the misalignment has not caused it to waller out the coupling.

er um...
It is difficult for me to tell from the pic...but in series resistance adds up... and parallel you get a whole different monster....1/ (1/1r) +(1/2r) +(1/3r)......but I know you know what works...

Where and how exactly do you place that 1 ohm resistor?:confused: I have points for now but I may upgrade to EI later... and I'm pretty certain I will have more than 12 volts at th coil.
