So just a second post on this. Anyone have a comment on solving the backfiring out of the carb being resolved after changing the plugs? I have put over 15 hours on the new plugs etc.. and no more...

I have the indigo. Works great going forward but...

I have the indigo. Works great going forward but I have terrible reverse. I was able to re time and got more speed going forward. But alas, the reverse is the same as the old prop.

Ok, after changing the cap, rotor and fuel filters, same backfiring at higher rpms. I got the cap and rotor for the 62 Chevy II from NAPA and drilled the cap to better fit the petronix...

Indigo Prop

Splash down. Just put the boat in with the new prop. Seems to run good. Did not have time to fully test but will in the next week. I'll send some pictures soon.
