I second Bill's question about being in neutral....

I second Bill's question about being in neutral. When the shaft turns in a dry cutlass bearing, it makes a loud obnoxious vibration and sounds a lot like what I hear in the video.

Maybe it's the shaft turning in the dry cutlass bearing? Make sure the shifter is in neutral or even a little reverse.
