Moyer heat exchanger

Is the tube assembly on the Moyer heat exchanger removable for repair? For example, does it press out and it’s seals are O-rings or is it soldered in place?

This morning I decide to inspect distributor inside. Found weights rusty and stuff to move. Cleaned up now and well lubed. I’ll see if that changes the issue

Thermostat housing

Does anyone happen to know the bolt hole spacing yon the thermostat housing? I have a crack on the housing on my Palmer engine. I think it would be compatible if the bolts line up.
