I couldn’t get the video to post any other way. Sorry. What do you think? I’m thinking of putting a bit of rtv silicone on it for a temporary patch for a few weekends till I get parts for however I fix it?. While at the dock, still pumps a ton of water through the system and temperature stays low. Any issues with that.
Water pump leak

You've got quite a leak there. But being raw water cooled, you're not going to run out of coolant. Us folks with heat exchangers are running glycol, and a leak like that would deplete the gycol in about 15 minutes (a guess).
Watch the level in the bilge (don't sink the ship), and also keep an eye on your engine oil. If it starts to look creamy, you're blowing water past both seals and into the crankcase. Small problem has become a big problem.

My boat had the same issue when I bought it, and I rebuilt it with the kit available here. Still going strong several years later, although others have experienced quick failure.
Lower bolt is a bear to replace; I also highly recommend the lower bolt extension.

Fishguy, where are you getting your parts? Here I hope. From the looks of it you're in for seals, likely a replacement shaft because I bet yours is scored which will affect the new seals. As long as I'm betting, expect to add sleeve bearings too. MMI offers a complete kit sans sleeve bearings.
They also offer a much improved new pump (hint, hint). Do it right, cry once. I think slobbering silicone in the weep hole is ill advised for the reason Bratina posted.Neil
