I was chronically and violently overheating at the end of 2013.... Time to see why, and make this thing truly reliable.

On the hard in my backyard. Needed to get the engine out for rebuild or replacement.

Rewired the entire boat. Bristol original factory wiring was 40 years old and suspect at best, and P.O. additions/subtractions did not make anything better. Only thing original are two runs under the liner to cabin lights... they won't pull, and I'm reluctant to tug harder.....

Purchased at a salvage auction in 2007. Probably dropped its mooring, and came up on at least a few rocks. No water intrusion. A4 was running. Big hole. Wiring was a mess.

Started with the carb, then the tank, then decided to go all the way.... I really hate grinding fiberglass.
